Vintage conditions:

Rain during the growing season caused vigorous growth with colder spring temperatures and late flowering. Cooler conditions in early summer led to the harvest commencing late by up to two weeks on early cultivars. Ensuing warmer temperatures however brought the vintage back on schedule, followed by some cold spells that resulted in a longer ripening period.

Wine description:

This lively and fresh Chenin blanc shows prominent aromas of melon, pineapple and guava with underlying hints of tropical and floral characters. On the palate, the wine is juicy, round and flavourful with a viscous and tingering finish.

Serving suggestion:

Enjoy this wine on its own or with a variety of s. dishes and fresh seafood. It is best enjoyed chille.

Cellaring potential:

Enjoy now or cellar for 18 months from vintage date.

Cooler conditions in early summer led to the harvest commencing late by up to two weeks on early cultivars Ensuing warmer temperatures however brought the vintage back on schedule, followed by some cold spells that resulted in a longer ripening period. Overall the quality is better than and developing well in the cellar.

Wine description:

An elegant red wine that delivers blad's cherry, blackberry and plum flavour. The wine is soft, smooth and Vibrant with upfront fruit on the palate complimented by hints of spice.

Maturation

This wine had one to Two months of wood maturation.

Enjoy on its own gmae with meaty pizza pasta dishes or salad topped with cheese and cured leal

This pace persisted through early summer, which was warm and dry followed by some rain later in the season, and contributed to a longer ripening period with low disease manifestation. Overall, the season delivered fruit with great structure, concentration and flavor.

Wine description:

This juicy and flavourful wine has aromas of blueberry and raspberry with nuances of nutmeg. On the palate the wine shows flavours of cherry alongside well-integrated and supple tannins. The finish is lingering and smooth.

Maturation

This wine way oak matured for four months.

This vibrant Shiraz shows upfront red berries integrated with dances of dark chocolate and white pepper. The palate is juicy with silky, smooth tannims and a lingering fish.

Maturation

Components of this wine had up to four months of maturation in oak.

This wine can be enjoyed at any occasion, on its own or with meat casseroles. pastas with a tomato-based sauce, stews and meaty pizzas.

Sharkling white

Wines of origin  – Western Cape.

Vintage conditions:

South Africa's vineyards are mostly situated in the Western Cape near the coast. This is the southernmost region of the African continent, and has a Mediterranean type climate and diverse soils perfectly suited to quality grape production.

Wine description:

Wine making:

The grapes were harvested at optimal ripeness. They were crushed and the juice was fermented. The wine was then blended with grape juice to reduce the alcohol level.

This sweet sparkling wine has an attractive floral and muscat nose with hints of honey and tropical avflavours.

Serving suggestion:

Served chilled as an aperitif with alfresco meals-and friends.
